We Blumenholz Boxers have made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. The above puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time in which buyer takes possesion of the puppy this guarantee is good for seven (7) days from the date of sale guarantee ends on__________ buyer should take His/Her puppy to the vet for a exam within 72 hours . Should buyers vet find a issue that warrants the return of the puppy to Blumenholz Boxers buyer may return the puppy along with letter from vet with all contact information for the vet to Blumenholz Boxers for a refund of purchase price only . Buyer must return puppy within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writting .Blumenholz Boxers guarantees that all vaccinations and wormings are up to date ,and have been given as stated on the vaccination/health record given to the buyer for this puppy .All Blumenholz Boxer puppies are also started on Heartworm previntion before they go to new homes . If any vaccines and/or worming are due Blumenholz Boxers will note this on this contract as well as on the vaccination/health record.Buyer agrees that He/She will be responsible for any vaccinations and/or wormings ,and heartworm previntion needed after the date of _____________,Buyer agrees to have His/Her puppy vet checked within 72 hours from the date He/She takes possesion of the puppy buyer also agrees to send a copy of the exam resaults to Blumenholz Boxers via email,or postal mail for their records .
Your puppy is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of birth against congenital (genetic) illness + 28 months against hip dyplasia all Blumenholz Boxers are guaranteed to pass OFA with at least a fair rating . If within that time a congenital (genetic) illness is attested by Your veterinarian to be congenital, Blumenholz Boxers will eaither A : Replace the puppy with another puppy (may take up to 12 months)You the buyer may keep the original puppy as long as that the puppy has been spayed,or neutered OR B: Blumenholz Boxers will pay for all medical treatments related to the illness up to 100 % of the purchase price of $_________ . NOTE: If buyer wants a replacment puppy but can not keep the original puppy buyer agrees that the original puppy MUST BE returned to Blumenholz Boxer.Unless otherwise agreed upon in writting . We must be notified 24 hours after the exam .We are not resonsible for ANY vet bills other then stated above. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles (unless puppy was sold for show/breeding ) , inguinal or umbilical hernias.Cancers are only covered if vet feels that the cancer is likley genetic .Blumenholz Boxers does not guarantee against Mammary (breat )cancer,or testicular cancer spayed females are very unlikley to get mammary (breast) cancer if spayed before the first health cycle ,a neuatered male will not develope testicular cancer it is a buyers choice to have a intact male,or female dog We are therefore not responsible for these types of cancer . Blumenholz Boxer reserves the right to a second opinon by His/Her vet . Buyer is responsible for any,and all transpertation cost to and from Blumenholz Boxers .
There are certain disorders that my be caused by environmental factors,and poor diet: such as immunity level, mites, pneumonia, , heatstroke, ringworm, intestinal worms/parasites, conjunctivitis, fleas, ticks, ear infections, cocidia, giardia, kennel cough, scabies, allergies,,bloat and are not covered by this guarantee . Beyond the 7 day guarantee. Bloat is not covered as proper care,and feeding will prevent this _______________________ Buyer sign
Buyer understand that puppies need a series of vaccines up to 16 weeks of age & that the above puppy has been started on His/Her vaccines,but will not be fully protected before His/Her last set of vaccines at about 16 weeks of age (please see Your own vet about vaccines) for this reason buyer understand He/She should not take His/Her puppy around other puppies,adults dogs,ect other then dogs in His/Her home before 16 weeks of age for His/Her own protection _______________________________________________ Buyer sign
Buyer agrees that if at anytime He/She can not keep His/Her puppy for any reason Blumenholz Boxers is to be given first chance to buy the puppy back .
