1) The bitch must be in good health
2) The bitch should be groomed, bathed before she is brought to Us .
3) A copy of bitch's registration paper's will be give to stud owner
TERMS
The stud fee is:_____, to be paid when the bitch is delivered by owner, or after at least one breeding has been achieved. (Two breedings will be attempted.) The stud fee is non-refundable.
We guarantee a live litter of at least three (3) puppies If the bitch fails to have at least three(3) live puppies,or fails to raise at least three (3) live puppies to 6 week's of age , a return service at no charge will be provided for the bitch if the bitch's owner notifies us within three (3) days that less then three live puppies have been born,or within three days of puppies 6 week birthday that less then three have survived .
All transportation charges and veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. There is no charge for boarding the bitch for the first seven days, after which the charge will be $5.00 per day. This fee top includes top quality food, water, and exercise.
The owner of the bitch warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and that she will be protected from such exposure after her return home.
Owner of bitch understand that breeding can sometime go wrong ,and does not hold __________________________________ responsible for any health issues that may arise with the above bitch at a resault of,or related to being bred . Bitch owner understands that some bitch's are hard to breed,and may need to be muzzled for the saftey of the stud,and bitch . Should bitch become ill ,and stud owner can not contact bitch's owner bitch's owner gives the stud owner permisson to take the above bitch to a vet any cost will be the responsibilty of the bitch's owner .
